Meeting Point:
We provide convenient pickup service from your accommodation and/or hotel, as long as you are located in the historic city center. Alternatively, your party may opt to meet your guide in the Cusco Main Square (Plaza de Armas).
What To Bring
Personal Documents: Bring your passport and/or other form of identification. Also, make sure to have the necessary tickets or vouchers for the tour. If you have any questions about this, please ask your guide!
Money for All Occasions: (Preferably local currency – Peruvian Soles) Carry enough cash for entrance fees, snacks, and souvenirs. We want you to enjoy without worries, so have everything you need!
Camera, Light Clothing, Water Bottle, Sunscreen, Lightweight or Trekking Shoes, Sunglasses, Rain Covering (September-April is rainy season): It is important to be prepared for variations in weather. At high altitudes, sun protection is extremely important. Accordingly, be sure to bring a hat or cap. Also, bring layers so you’re able to adjust depending on the temperature, as it is quite hot during the day, and becomes quite cool in the evenings.

- 3:50 AM HOTEL PICK-UP: Begin your day early with a hotel pick-up in Cusco. The transportation will take you to the starting point to begin this exciting journey.
- 4:15 AM TRANSFER FROM CUSCO TO OLLANTAYTAMBO
- 6:00 AM TRAIN BOARDING AT OLLANTAYTAMBO STATION: We'll kick off this thrilling day by boarding the train at the Ollantaytambo Station. Get ready for a scenic train ride featuring stunning views of the Andes and the lush landscapes of the high jungle.
- 6:30 AM TRANSFER FROM OLLANTAYTAMBO TO MACHU PICCHU PUEBLO: The train journey will last approximately 1.5 hours, offering you a unique experience as you gaze upon the landscapes of the cloud forest and the Andes through the train's panoramic windows.
- 8:05 AM: ARRIVAL AT MACHU PICCHU PUEBLO TRAIN STATION: Around 8:05 AM, we'll arrive at the train station in the cozy town of Machu Picchu Pueblo. This will be an exciting moment as we prepare to explore the wonder of Machu Picchu.
- 10:00 Am to 1:00 Pm GUIDED TOUR OF MACHU PICCHU: Our guided tour of Machu Picchu will commence. Over a approximately 2-hour tour, we'll explore the various sectors of the Incan citadel, including the Watchman's Hut viewpoint, agricultural areas with terraces, religious and spiritual sites, the astronomical observatory, the Temple of the Condor, the Main Plaza, among other historically and culturally significant sites.
- 12:30 PM FREE TIME AT MACHU PICCHU: After exploring Machu Picchu with us, you'll have some extra time for photos, depending on the park guards' discretion as sometimes due to the tourist flow, extended stays may not be possible.
- 1:00 PM BUS BOARDING FOR RETURN TO MACHU PICCHU PUEBLO: Following the guided tour of Machu Picchu, around 1:00 PM, we'll head to the meeting point to board the return bus to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
- 3:30 PM TRAIN BOARDING AT MACHU PICCHU PUEBLO STATION
- 4:15 PM RETURN TRAIN FROM MACHU PICCHU PUEBLO TO OLLANTAYTAMBO: We'll board the return train from Machu Picchu Pueblo to the Ollantaytambo station, once again enjoying the breathtaking views during the approximately 1 hour and 40-minute journey.
- 6:35 PM TRANSPORT FROM OLLANTAYTAMBO TO CUSCO: We'll head back from Ollantaytambo Station to the city of Cusco, concluding a day filled with exploration and unforgettable experiences.
- 8:20 PM ARRIVAL IN THE CITY OF CUSCO: We'll arrive in the city of Cusco, marking the end of the service and allowing you to return to your accommodation with fresh memories of an exciting day at Machu Picchu.
